Quality and safety
Riza.emthrace sends all orders sealed. In case you receive your order in an open or damaged package, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

Return Policy
You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt. Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply:
The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (electronically or by phone).
The product (s) are in their original condition and the special markings (eg protectors, tabs, labels) have not been removed.
The return package must include the RETURN FORM completed and the corresponding RECEIPT OF RETAIL SALE.
In the RETURN FORM you are given the following alternatives:
A. REPLACEMENT: Our company will do its best to replace the product you returned to us. Please:
Fill in the password (s) to return to the corresponding field.
Fill in the code (s) you wish to receive for replacement in the corresponding field.
When your return is received by our company, we will contact you by phone to confirm the availability of the new product (s) and to proceed with the shipment. Prior to the receipt of the returned items, our company does not make a reservation / commitment of a new product (s).
Replacement Shipping Costs:
By using our partner, at the recipient’s expense, the following applies:
If the return concerns a discount item, the shipping cost is a total of € 6.00 and they will be charged on the next order (replacement shipment).
If the return concerns an item of the new collection, the shipping costs are borne by the company.
B. REFUND: To proceed with the refund please fill in the required details, iban, bank name and beneficiary name in the relevant fields of the form. The process is completed within 20 working days from the date we receive your return.
Refund Shipping Costs:
By using our partner, at the recipient’s expense, the following applies:
If the return concerns a discount item, the shipping cost is a total of € 3.00 and is deducted from the total amount of the deposit.
If the return concerns an item of the new collection, the shipping costs are borne by the company.
In case you choose to use any other transport company, regardless of the products (discount or not), you are fully charged the transport costs and you pay them to the company you have chosen when sending the parcel.
Payment
In the online and in the physical store you can pay with credit cards VISA & MasterCard issued by all banks. The majority of credit cards also provide the possibility of payment by installment settlement.
In case you choose to pay by credit card you must be present at the receipt of your order with your credit card and your ID. In this case it is not allowed to receive the order from a third party.
To receive from a store, the credit card holder must present his credit card and his identity. The same applies if you order on behalf of a company. In this case the card must be corporate and the name of the recipient must be written on the card.
In any other case when you first use your credit card in our store you may be asked to send us a copy of the cardholder’s ID (both sides) and a copy of the front of the credit card (with the First 6 digits) at [email protected], in order to arrange that the user is actually the owner of the card.
We ask for your understanding of this process whose sole purpose is to prevent the use of stolen credit cards and thus protect their rightful owners.
* American Express (AMEX) and Diners credit cards are temporarily not accepted. Our cooperation with the specific cards will be announced soon.
Cash on delivery, upon delivery to your place
Delivery is made either with the courier company that cooperates with riza.emthrace, or with the company’s own means of transport. The possibility of cash on delivery is provided by riza.emthrace with a charge of € 2.50 (including VAT 24%) for all deliveries.
