Handmade embroidery for a shawl, table runner, or bed throw. Peacocks, the bride guarded by mythical creatures, and beings that exhale not fire, but blossoms and pomegranates, symbols of the earth’s and humanity’s fertility, are all motifs drawn from the richness of our folk tradition.
This intricate design is meticulously embroidered by the women of M. Derio and Roussa in the Evros region, showcasing remarkable craftsmanship.
