Handwoven handbag made from corn leaves. In the framework of Sustainable Development in Thrace, we have woven corn leaves on traditional looms to create bags that align with modern aesthetics and the principles of the circular economy, contributing to a more sustainable society.

With these handcrafted bags, we enhance recycling practices, support circular economy initiatives, and most importantly, provide employment opportunities for local artisans. The bag has an interior lining made from Greek cotton fabric and carries the story of agricultural production in Thrace, as well as that of Emine and Meriem, who weave and sew the bag. The appliqued elements, made from old votive offerings, connect us to the ancient tradition shared by believers worldwide, the act of offering and reciprocating faith and hope for goodness.
